Val di Lima House is the perfect holiday home for those who want to explore the natural beauty of Bagni di Lucca in Tuscany, combining outdoor activities with relaxation in nature.

Val di Lima House is located in a late 19th-century building on the Brenner Pass in Astracaccio, close to the main sporting attractions of the valley.

The flats are completely independent and can be reached by climbing the large original stone staircase, with some beautiful windows that allow you to admire the surrounding woods.

A coffee machine is available for guests’ use in the building’s lobby.

Outside the building there is a shared veranda with tables and armchairs from which you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the village of Cocciglia.

This space is perfect for relaxing outdoors between activities and excursions, enjoying an aperitif surrounded by the woods or simply taking in the fresh air.

There is no air conditioning, as the flats are naturally cool thanks to the 40 cm thick stone walls typical of the Tuscan mountains..
